  1. Pedestrian Bridge Increases Access to Community Resource and Rec Center

    Mecklenburg County installed a pedestrian Skybridge on Feb. 8, a major step forward in the plan to connect the Eastway Regional Recreation Center and the Ella B. Scarborough Community Resource Center (EBS CRC).  
  2. Blueprint for Growth: Construction Conference and Expo

    Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management  is hosting an event on Friday, April 26, to inform contractors, architects, designers and engineers about being a construction vendor for the County. 
  3. County Issues RFQ for Seventh & College Mixed-Income Housing Development

    The RFQ period will be open from April 1 - 30, 2024.
  4. Brooklyn Village - Redevelopment Phase I Property Sale

    On Friday, July 28, the County and BKV Phase I Development, LLC completed the sale of Brooklyn Village South.
