County Issues RFQ for Seventh & College Mixed-Income Housing Development
Mecklenburg County is planning to design and build a public parking deck on County-owned land consisting of +/- 0.612 acres located in the heart of the uptown Charlotte. To address the well-publicized deficit in affordably priced housing options within the County, the County is seeking an experienced mixed-income housing developer or development teams to finance, design and build between 52 to 104 multifamily units. The units will be constructed above the parking deck.
